Chamber Inclement Weather Policy

The safety of our members and staff is always our first concern. Please follow the following policy regarding inclement weather:

Committee and Other Meetings:

• If Baltimore County Public Schools are closed, all meetings will be taken to an online format utilizing Zoom. Login information will be emailed to participants.

• If Baltimore County Public Schools have delayed openings, all meetings before noon will be taken to an online format utilizing Zoom. Login information will be emailed to participants.  Meetings and events scheduled for the afternoon or evening will take place.

• If Baltimore County Public Schools close early, all meetings after noon will be taken to an online format utilizing Zoom. Login information will be emailed to participants.  

Events:

Decisions regarding scheduled events will be made based on weather forecast and road conditions and will be posted on the Chamber’s website home page and Facebook page. Efforts will be made to reschedule events which must be postponed.
